Hi Rachelle, thanks! You can buy lacquer in spray cans at lowes and home depot or a clear enamel spray like this . Just spray two coats and scuff with 220 grit sandpaper in between coats. I’ve used this stuff alot. Good luck with your projects! Please share!

I saw you over on AT and love all your welding projects. I’m just getting into it myself and would like to know what sort of laquer you used on your towel rod. All you stuff look great!
